The apartment is part of our house build in 1887. Grayan-et-l’Hôpital is a little village only 3,5 km from the Atlantic Sea with its stunning beaches. Guests are completely independent with their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with one large double bed (200x200 cm) and a 140x190 convertible coach. Besides floor heating the apartment is also equipped with wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

New house of 80m² on enclosed land of 700m², located in Grayan and the hospital 5 minutes drive from the beach of Gurp, 10 minutes from Soulac, 15 minutes from Montalivet and 1 minute from the Motocross field. The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a 140*190 bed and the other with a bunk bed (2x 90*190). New 2025: Sofa bed in the living room offering 2 extra beds. Large kitchen open to living room, bathroom, garage, terrace and garden furniture.

Beautiful apartment with sea view in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden, you can use the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
