In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

House in a secluded location

House next to the bike route. Everything can be found in the garden for relaxation. Please note that we also live in the house (lower level), we have parquet, which may creak (the ravages of time), we have a dog, a cat, so the accommodation is not anti-allergenic, there is no TV. Pets are welcome, you have about 90 m2 upstairs. We have no neighbors, restaurant, grocery store about 10 minutes. At the foot of the Graz local mountain, the Schöckl, at 1000 m above sea level, is a winery house that has been demolished and rebuilt in Western Styria. Everything important is taken care of to enjoy a well-deserved break from everyday life. The dreamy location right on the edge of the forest scores with a good dose of fresh air to breathe deeply. The spacious wooden terrace with breathtaking views invites you to linger and sharpen your view of the essentials in life.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The holiday home impresses with its beautiful location in Modriach-Winkel. The Packer reservoir can be reached in just a few minutes by bike or car. Hiking opportunities right outside the front door. In winter, the Hoislifte ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity. The house itself has three separate very large bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, so that 8 people can easily be accommodated.

In addition, the penthouse apartment scores with a spacious roof terrace with about 40 m². Parking facilities including an electric charging station are also available. The penthouse is located in one of the most busy streets in Graz - Kärntner Straße - in front of Seiersberg. Shopping is very close.
