Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself on Annenstraße, with various shops, restaurants, and tram stops. From there, you can reach both the main train station and the city center in less than 10 minutes. Despite the central location, there is no traffic noise, and you can relax in the small private garden.

Very centrally located 50 m² apartment with private garden and private parking in the courtyard. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in March 2024. The town hall (trade fair) and Jakominiplatz (central bus hub) can be reached in a 10-minute walk.
