At our location Almwiese there are 2 cabins about 5 minutes' walk from each other. Each of the two cabins nestles into its own cozy corner of the expansive meadow. Your gaze drifts over lush green fields, picturesque alpine pastures down to small villages. Surrounded by a forest, you may spot deer, squirrels, or wild hares during a walk. From time to time, Japanese cattle graze in a pasture belonging to the neighboring farm.

Our modern yet cozy 37m² apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the charming city! Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself on Annenstraße, with various shops, restaurants, and tram stops. From there, you can reach both the main train station and the city center in less than 10 minutes. Despite the central location, there is no traffic noise, and you can relax in the small private garden.

The town hall (trade fair) and Jakominiplatz (central bus hub) can be reached in a 10-minute walk.
