House in a secluded location

House next to the bike route. Everything can be found in the garden for relaxation. Please note that we also live in the house (lower level), we have parquet, which may creak (the ravages of time), we have a dog, a cat, so the accommodation is not anti-allergenic, there is no TV. Pets are welcome, you have about 90 m2 upstairs. We have no neighbors, restaurant, grocery store about 10 minutes. Please take these into account, if you have any questions, please ask before booking.

At the foot of the Graz local mountain, the Schöckl, at 1000 m above sea level, is a winery house that has been demolished and rebuilt in Western Styria. An attractive apartment on the top floor of a single-family home surrounded by meadows, fields and forests is available as accommodation for assembly workers at a special price. Families on vacation and artists passing through are also welcome. The area is quiet and offers many paths for walking. With the river Raab just a few meters away, it is an ideal relaxation oasis for mind and body. Nature inspires activities such as writing or working on the computer.

The duplex penthouse apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residential building and has about 75 m² of net living space with 3 rooms. In addition, the penthouse apartment scores with a spacious roof terrace with about 40 m². Parking facilities including an electric charging station are also available. The penthouse is located in one of the most busy streets in Graz - Kärntner Straße - in front of Seiersberg. Shopping is very close.
