Monthly Rentals in Greater Buenos Aires

The depto was happy to meet my expectations. Comfortable and functional. What I would most like to highlight is Ezequiel's excellent predisposition and the flexibility he demonstrated against my needs. Definitely to go back.

The place is very modern and Gabriella is super dynamic to answer questions. There were 4 of us in this studio for a week-long stay, and everything went very well. I recommend this apartment, because the rental allows to be well connected with the attractions of the city, and you will find everything it is that you need nearby (great walk, restaurant, etc.). Great apartment and great host. Gustavo was very responsive and flexible, both on check-in and check-out. Apartment's location is great, easy to walk to restaurants, shops and public transport. Bed is definitely on the firm side, so if you like them very soft that's something to consider. I like the firm, so it was good for me. Sleep quality was very good, the building is quiet and the street is quiet too.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and bright. For those of us who like to cook, it lacks quite a few basic utensils but you can fix it. Communication with hosts is excellent and good
