Vacation rentals with a firepit in Green County

An amazing place for a weekend get away with friends. Rodger was a great host, always on top of things and answering questions that we had, and going above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice!

We had a great time at this location. Our host, Margaret was extremely helpful and welcoming. The house and the property were beautiful and what we were looking for. We had plenty of space for our family to celebrate the holidays. Margaret was very responsive and kind when we had any questions. She even brought a family member's lost coat to the house when a business called her about it. She went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this property and the host.

Amazing place and such a nice area. The back yard was beautiful and close to all the perks of Madison.

Us girls had a wonderful time at Shaun's place. It was a great central location for all the things we wanted to do. The neighborhood is very quiet! If you love coffee you must go to there little coffee shop, which is two blocks away. We will definitely be back!

Had a lovely stay at Steven & Rachel’s. The tight stairway to the loft and its vaulted ceiling were a little tricky, but totally fine for a quick stay. We had fun playing the records!

Loved this house! Has my bachelorette party here with 10 ladies and we felt right at home. Big enough and perfect lot. The many beds and sleeping spots were a big plus.

My sister and I were visiting family nearby over Christmas and need a place for everyone to stay. Fawn went above and beyond to create the perfect Christmas stay for our family. She communicated frequently and made sure to leave a pack'n'play, child's cot and stroller for the kids, and decorated the place to feel like Christmas. Plenty of space, nice winter views of the river, and a wonderful shower! Would definitely stay again!

Rachel's place as an amazing stay. She was extremely responsive from the get-go and was flexible with our check-in time as we wanted to get in a bit earlier to celebrate the long weekend. It's really hard to find a home that is pet friendly and accomadates two large dogs but Rachel was extremely flexible and we had zero issues with bringing our big boys. We have four younger children and layout of the house was perfect. Many times we've stayed places where we are further away from the kids room which makes it hard to sleep easy. Not here. Set up like a home so security was not an issue especially that close to the water. Great area, extremely clean, felt like home walking in. No worries about bringing anything gross home with us. Will be a perfect spot in the summer due to its location and the dock. We will be bringing our friends back for sure! Thank you Rachel for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth's place! She communicated with us proactively to make sure we had everything we needed. James rearranged the room for us when he found out that we were going to use the inflatable mattress. We were very comfortable. They welcomed us with cookies and there was a wide selection of teas, shampoo/ bodywash, medication and so on. We will definitely stay there again!

This was my fourth time staying at Sandys and each time is just as enjoyable as the last. Her new wallpaper in the kitchen, bedrooms, and master bath are beautiful. She has a real knack for decor. She's always super helpful, kind, and her breakfasts dont disappoint! If you're looking to relax in a peaceful setting, but still be close to downtown Galena, this is THE place to stay.

My family stayed at Ruth’s place for two weeks and we felt right at home. The place was clean, smelled great and was supplied with cooking utensils, pots, pans and towels/linens. Miss Ruth even took it upon herself to offer new linens and towels at our preference, which was extremely appreciated!! The bathroom is equipped with mood lighting and really set the mood for the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Excellent stay, truly exceeded our expectations. We were satisfied with the accommodations and will look to stay again if we are in the area. Thank you so much Ruth!!

Valerie has a truly magical yard! It’s a great area to get away for a little R&R. The place comes stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We appreciated having a kitchen to cook our meals. The location is great if you like to hike or kayak. The river is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Valerie was the best host we have had to date! She goes the extra mile to make sure your taken care of.

Our stay with Steve and Gabby was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! Because of work, we travel all over the world 🌎 and stay in Airbnbs at least once or twice a week. Finding the perfect place to rest is a top priority for us, and this stay exceeded all expectations. We absolutely loved it here! Stayed for a night while visiting Roscoe for weekend family activities. Easy to find, great location next to south beloit park and a great price! Tracey was super nice and showed us around when we got there. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this cozy, historic house. The place was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with snacks. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and full of amenities within walking distance, making it a pleasure to explore. From the communication leading up to our stay to the smooth checkout process, everything about this experience was fantastic. I give it my highest recommendation!

Book this property immediately! If you’re looking for a remote, peaceful property this is your spot. We loved exploring the property and land. Plenty of wildlife and farm animals to observe in the area. The sky is crazy clear at night. Great star gazing and an awesome porch to sip your coffee out on. Extremely clean and well stocked. Also not much to have to do on the “clean up” list during checkout which is always nice when you’re trying to get out the door with littles. In the area often and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Phil is so kind and clearly loves hosting guests and helping them feel at home. Cool decor, too!

Warm and welcoming hosts - so nice to have a kind note, lights on, and chocolates and wine waiting for us (although we did not partake in the wine - but loved the intent behind it). Definitely hunting cabin vibes -- we are so jealous and wish we had this type of accommodation for when we go hunting. Another nice thing: we weren't asked to strip sheets, run the dishwasher, wash towels and take out the garbage like so many other Airbnbs (what's the point of the cleaning fee if the guest has to do half the work?). All that was asked was to put used towels in a pile on the floor - so appreciate that when we have to depart for an early morning flight. Thanks John and Kitty - if we are ever in the area in the future, we will be sure to book again.

rustic remote cabin close to Cambridge & park small yet roomy accommodations with clean comfortable furniture & beds

Had an amazing stay at the A-frame. It was so peaceful and relaxing and exactly what we wanted with our stay. Coffee on the deck in the morning and cookouts at the fire pit were some of the highlights of this trip. Alice was extremely responsive and provided reccommendations of things to do in the area. Elizabeth is a short distance from Galena and we were able to explore both areas (definitely look into the Goat Trek, Highway 20 Brewing, & Massbach Winery). Overall, this house was beautiful, clean, and has everything we could ever want. It was the perfect getaway from Chicago and allowed us to recharge. Definitely look into staying here if you want a quiet, quaint, and peaceful trip - you won’t regret it!

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL!! The fall leaves were so gorgeous and it felt so cozy and inviting. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
