“Clean, private, and sweet. We enjoyed our stay, especially eating our meals and reading and chatting out on the covered porch overlooking Shannon's colorful gardens. There was neighborly Labor Day weekend noise, but all well screened by trees full of birds, cicadas, and tree frogs, so the overall effect was very peaceful. No noise seemed to travel from the main part of the house to us, either, so a lovely, quiet stay. The one bedroom had just one double bed in it (there was some ambiguity in the listing), but Shannon gladly set us up to use one of the two sofa-beds in the living room as a second. All sleepers were comfortable. Loads of pillows and cushions. Shannon also supplied plenty of towels and some basics in the fridge (bread, eggs, juice). Everything was spotless, and the bathroom and kitchen were fully functional and equipped with all the basics you need. We would return.”

“My husband and our family absolutey loved staying here. Robert was great at communicating and such a nice host! The photos of the house do not do it justice. The moment we pulled up to the property, we were in awe. The inside of the house is breathtaking, it's FULL of history. Our family loved admiring the old paintings and architecture, and having discussions about what past life here must have been like. The house is very cozy and has so much room. The dining room and kitchen have everything you need for a home cooked meal, and we loved being able to all sit around the table to have dinners together. We had a wonderful time staying here, and will treasure the memories made for years to come!”

“Anne & Jim’s home in Greenwich, NY, is beautiful and feels like a true B&B. Each guest room is unique, with a lovely palette, wallpaper, linens and antiques. The house is located in town and close to everything. Anne & Jim are delightful hosts, who served us a delicious continental breakfast on the screened-in porch, and they are happy to inform you of interesting things to do in town and in the area. We also loved seeing Anne’s studio and paintings!”
