The house has a relaxing terrace on the first floor, billiards and table football in the hall. The house has an open fireplace and an outdoor hot tub. Near the house there are bike paths and trails for hiking, the property is on the outskirts of the Ore Mountains. The privacy of visitors is ensured by a completely fenced plot with grown trees around the perimeter and with private parking.

Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet
