Cottage vacation rentals in Grenaa

It's the second year in a row that we stayed in Peter and the family's summerhouse because we find both the house and its location amazingly lovely and homely. This probably won't be the last time we'll visit Peter's summerhouse!

We have had some lovely days at Martin's summerhouse. 2 adults and 4 children. There's plenty of room for everyone, with a great activity room and cool with a wilderness bath outside. Located about 11 km from Ebeltoft, so you have to drive in there, but it didn't matter. Martin always responded quickly to messages and was very responsive. We are very satisfied and can only recommend this summerhouse.

We were there for a short weekend trip in February; the house was warm when we arrived with well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sauna and hot tub a lot. Definitely recommend if you would like to relax in a peaceful area.

Great location with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and an ice cream house, both great for kids :-) Great big back yard with big porch. The house had 3 bedrooms and a small attic area ("hems" in Danish) that the kids loved. Kitchen was functional with what we needed. Sven Erik was very responsive and addressed any questions we had quickly. Highly recommend!

We spent a wonderful week with our two sons in the lovingly furnished vacation home of Dorte and Flemming. We felt immediately comfortable. The living and dining area is very spacious and in the kitchen there is everything you need. The bedrooms in the upper area are very tastefully decorated. The large garden with hot tub, fireplace, ball games, dartboard is simply great.... Within 10 to 15 minutes, you are at the beach and the harbor. We would love to come again. Thank you!

We had a great time at Bjarke's place with our two small families. The surroundings are beautiful with nature all around. Quiet neighborhood. The house is simple but well equipped. Bjarke always responded in the most enthusiastic way. We especially liked the large, half-wild garden which was good for kids and dogs. Would return!

Cute little summer house with a peaceful location. Lots of outdoor seating. Quiet, clean, charming, simple, but everything you need. Anne was very helpful and responsive. We needed help with something during our trip and she sent her husband over right away to fix it.

Very beautiful nature, nice surroundings and a very nice house equipped with everything we needed and more.

We had a great holiday in Rasmus' summerhouse. The location is top notch, Rasmus is easy to communicate with and we had plenty of space 2 adults and 2 children.

It is worth highlighting the great location during this stay. The place invites you to stroll! The herb garden and terrace were great. It could also easily be grilled. I would be happy to come back. No criticisms.

The accommodation was fantastic, we liked the location so close to the water very much. On the beach we were able to watch seals and Marsvin. From the house we could see wild bunnies jump over the meadow. A beautiful walk of the coast to Bønnerup, which is worthwhile for a fine ice cream🍦. The city of Grenå is also worth a visit. Otherwise, it is worth enjoying the time, the tranquility, the beach, the house with its big turnaround. We enjoyed the time very much!

We had a wonderful week in this charming and cosy summerhouse! The location is spectacular and the house, though quite basic and rustic, is absolutely well equipped and very 'hygge'. I love the fact that it is a real family summerhouse and not one of these soulless artificial houses or apartments, whose only purpose it is to be rented out via Airbnb to make a lot of money. Gro & Thomas share with us their private home, as the idea of Airbnb was meant to be, and I am glad that they do - because its really stunning! We will definitely come back as I miss the view already!

A cozy and personal old house on a cozy island. Perfectly suited for three families with several living rooms and divided house with well-equipped kitchen in the center. Easy access to ferry, grocery store, and beautiful beach.

It was beautiful! We felt very, very comfortable and will certainly come back. The location and views are just amazing.

We spent a fantastic summer vacation in Henrik's beautiful accommodation, which is even more beautiful than seen in the photos. The amenities, especially the kitchen, are incredibly good and everything is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. The surroundings are also great, especially if you are looking for peace and quiet. We were in the sea every morning right behind the house, in 20 minutes you can reach a great sandy beach, which is especially nice for children and in the neighboring village there is a great fish box, a nice café and very good pizza. Henrik is a great host and helped us super quickly with all questions. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We've had two amazing weeks at Louise's cozy and homey summerhouse. I can only recommend it to other families! It's incredibly cozy and personally decorated, and Louise is a great and communicative host. The house is even nicer than in the photos, and the surroundings are lovely. We were 2 adults and 3 children and didn't use the annexes as the smallest just slept with us. I would say the house is best sized for up to 5 people. Both in relation to bathroom, kitchen, tables and chairs, living room, etc. And then you may have overnight guests for one night in the summer - but it would be tight to be 8 all the time: -)

We had a really great time at Jan's cottage! The house is super nice and the people in the area are friendly. For bad weather there is a small sauna including outdoor shower. Above all, the fantastic natural beach is only 1-2 minutes walking. We will be happy to come back. 😍

Great place to stay by the sea

We had a great time at Stine and Soren's house! We felt very welcome and got lots of nice tips for the area. The house is cozily furnished, great beds and have all the comforts. The garden was also lovely with nice bean bags and a heat lamp so we could sit outside until late every night. Our children aged 4 and 2 had a good time with all the outdoor toys. The cottage is close to the beach: in a few minutes you are there. We loved the city of Aarhus. Thank you very much!
