On the 3rd floor with elevator and balcony of a Haussmann building, you can admire the postcard of Grenoble from your sofa during your stay... 80 m2 completely renovated, it was important to me to preserve its soul and its character. I have arranged it so that you can feel at home.

2024 independent 25 m2 accommodation near train station

Our studio is very close to transport (tram A: 3 min walk, tram B: 8 min), the train station (10 min) and GEM (10 min). All shops, bars, restaurants and concert halls are a few blocks away. Downtown Grenoble is a 15-minute walk away. The accommodation was created in early 2024, it is bright and perfectly equipped. The window, overlooking a very quiet street, faces the garden of a house. A new 140 bed sleeps 2, and a sofa bed sleeps a 3rd person comfortably.
