Relax with your family or couple in this cozy summerhouse. Two houses with 2 bathrooms and large terrace that connect the houses make this summerhouse absolutely amazing. Outdoor dining area with gas grill and charcoal grill. Outdoor shower with hot water provides the optimal outdoor life in the summerhouse! (Note closed in winter) Cozy lounge furniture on the large terrace in front of the main house. Large trampoline for the active. Heat pumps in both houses and fireplace in the main house to create a lot of coziness.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Shopping is less than a kilometer away and set in scenic surroundings. Baby cot and pets are available for a fee. If you have larger children (up to two), an air mattress is available. Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
