Very centrally-located place. Grocery shopping is also with in walking distance plus there are 3 small pizza restaurants and a local pub. Trains & Buses to Copenhagen and the North coast are only a 5 min walk away. District towns, such as Gilleleje with a beach and a harbour with a cozy atmosphere. Larger towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør both with historical castles and shopping . If you would like a nice day trip it is possible to take the ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg in Sweden.

In addition, a sauna with shower and toilet has been built. Also an apartment with a permanent tenant has been established in part of the house. Even though there is a tenant, the garden is well screened and you have a good sense of privacy. Kitchen and living room are totally newly renovated with a nice open kitchen.
