The tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away and from there you can actually reach everything in the city. Shopping is also not far away and the kitchen is really well equipped. Katharina is a totally attentive and lovely host! We felt totally comfortable and look forward to next time.

I really enjoyed the time out at the place. The small garden was excellent for the dog. The heating of the stove gave a pleasant and cozy background through its crackling. I was very satisfied and will be happy to come back!

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The vacation home is well located for activities in the surrounding area, the Eibenstock swimming pools are not far away, nor is the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

We had wonderfully relaxing days in Yvonne and Steffen's beautiful vacation home! With a lake and forest right outside the door, the accommodation is just the thing if you want to take a few days off from everyday life and enjoy some peace and quiet. The house is very cozy and well equipped - we felt comfortable right away. This was also due to the friendly welcome from Steffen. He took the time to give us tips and was also easy to reach in advance. Thanks for the great time!

We spent a really nice Easter here and felt very comfortable. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet with lots of nature around it. We were received very nicely and everything was as described. We will be happy to come back:)

Markkleeberg is a very nice area, right by the nature reserve and to the lake but also the center can be reached by public transport. Communication with Guido was very straightforward and my son felt very comfortable in Guido's apartment.

Katrin's place is a lovely place to stay in Leipzig. It is tastefully decorated, well appointed, and in a great location! The area is very quiet and is a short walking distance to the centre of Leipzig and the train station. I would definitely recommend!

As soon as we came to this apartment it felt immediately like home for us. Franziska and Sebastian made sure that everything we needed will be available to us and even went out of their way in order to ensure that our visit in Leipzig will be ideal. I will highly recommend anyone visiting in Leipzig to stay in their place to really enjoy the visit and have fun in this beautiful city.

A very nice accommodation in the south of Leipzig, not far from Lake Cospuden. The apartment absolutely corresponds to the photos and is equipped with Allenm, what you need in an apartment. The landlords are very nice and have an open ear for all concerns at all times. Questions in advance are also answered in a timely manner on a very friendly level. Thumbs up, we'd love to come back.

The accommodation is clean, the area is very quiet and it has everything you need for a few days in Chemnitz.

We enjoyed the stay very much, because Lyn and Marcel were very hospitable and the apartment was very centrally located, so we could reach the city center on foot.

The apartment convinces across the board. Location, cleanliness, elevator to the 4th floor, balcony, parking, bathroom & guest bathroom, range of pillows and blankets, inventory - nothing to be desired. Thank you to Iakov for the fast and uncomplicated communication. We were thrilled and will be back for sure!

Beautiful apartment in prime location yet quiet. The small balcony/terrace was a highlight in the afternoon sun. Amenities were really to feel good. The bikes were important to me and they were also in great condition, air pump etc. is also at hand. 1A

Stephan was a great host. Smooth process, always approachable and super easy with check-in. I can only recommend it. Area was very quiet and the Airbnb was as described on the pictures. Very clean and very cozy.

Very nice apartment, easy check-in suitable sleeping arrangements for 4 persons. The only drawback is the search for a parking spot. With the motorbike no problem with a car, a detour may be indispensable.

Although we arrived by car (reserved parking space right in front of the house), we traveled by public transport. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and there is a train to Leipzig every 10-20 minutes. We recommend the apartment 100% .
