“Welcome and come in” in our accommodation in the region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Our accommodation is located on the famous cycle path Via Claudia Augusta in Tösens, one of the smallest towns in the Tyrolean Oberland and AWAY FROM THE TOURIST CROWDS. The large bongert around the house is quite unique, where you are free to use various outdoor seats (like the garden lounge with outdoor kitchen) and where you can enjoy your vacation “with distance”.
“We stayed in the room in the basement, a nice big room with good beds. The ability to make tea or coffee, the presence of plates, cutlery, etc. and the assurance of Karin that we did not have to wash dishes is a sign of the hospitality of these people. The bathroom was also spacious and beautifully finished. Everything was very clean. Moreover, it was completely quiet, so we slept well. Recommended.”
Unsere gemütliche und geräumige Wohnung liegt ideal zwischen Imst und Landeck mit sehr guter Anbindung zu unseren bekannten Schigebieten.
“We was staying for 8 days in the end of january 2020. The house is near the road, so it’s easy to go to any skiing area – Ishgl, Serfaus-Fis-Ladis, St. Anton – all of them in 30 minutes by car. Innsbruck - 40 min. No traffic in the road, no noise. Parking place near the house. The house is pretty new and clean. All you need inside: fully equipped kitchen, TV, and even electric-operating king-size bed! )). Cosy place for small family. Karin is quite friendly, we are very gratefull to her. I recommend this place. Great house for the price!”
New house with two apartments on the ground floor. Shared entrance separate from the main house. Ski/boot racks and storage. A choice of double or single box-spring beds. A bright, comfortable living/dining area with compact kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 2 plate hob). Indoor ventilation system.
“We travelled without a car to St Anton Train station (although returned via Landeck station due to Corona lockdown in St Anton). The apartment is 15 mins on the free ski bus 8 or you can pay 3.60 euros for the 4242 bus. There is a night bus for party people but we weren't out that late. The location is a really lovely hamlet. There is a restaurant which we didn't try but I walked on several days to the bakery 10 mins away. We shopped in St anton Spar (Billa seemed more expensive). If you have a car then there is a big Mpries shop in St Jakob which a may be better. I must say this was the cleanest apartment we have stayed in. Sandra was great, especially when things got crazy with St Anton quarantine. Schnann was not part of the lockdown but transport was affected but Sandra ensured we had a route back to Innsbruck. She also offered to get us some food from a large supermarket (we were like though). We did manage a small walk around the woods - would be great in summer. In summary this is a great little apartment for two, clean, close enough to St Anton yet not the crazy prices of the centre. I would definitely return. Thanks for being a great host Sandra”
