Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The vacation home is located in Falkenrehde in the Havelland. Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

Remise with vision

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

Bright apartment on horse farm

Right next to the private horse stable, the tastefully furnished apartment is on the first floor with an open staircase and a large balcony. You can hear the horses breathing and the birds chirping, but also the morning sounds of stable work. The quiet street leads directly to the Riewendsee with its swimming area 2 km away. A restaurant is within walking distance. One of Brandenburg's most popular cafés with a bakery is about 4 km away.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Welcome to our charming turn-of-the-century house! Immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of our almost hundred-year-old house, which we have largely renovated ourselves with a lot of love for detail. The creaky floorboards tell stories of past times, while the modern kitchen comes equipped with every amenity. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and experience the sunrise with a cup of coffee in peace.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Little Cottage

Switch off and recharge your batteries: our little cottage is a place where you can be close to nature without missing out on the modern luxuries of a hot shower, a comfortable bed and Wi-Fi access. You will find everything you need for a little break in the countryside on 65 cosy square metres. One hour from busy Berlin, the cottage is located in the centre of a sleepy little village between woods, meadows and water.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.
