Vacation rentals with a pool in Grotto Bay

Had a lovely stay would recommend to anyone in a big group but enjoyed the night even though we were only 2 people

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

This charming property is perfectly situated and offers unbelievable beauty! It truly is an incredible home perfect for a family that loves outdoors and enjoys some privacy at dinner times! We made unforgettable memories!

Can’t speak highly enough of our 4-night stay. Exceptional property, fully equipped with everything you’d need, wonderfully big outdoor garden with pool and loungers. 5 min walk to wine tram, 2 min walk to Franschhoek main road, yet extremely peaceful neighbourhood/st the house is located on, could hardly have picked a better location. Upstairs bedroom above kitchen/living area could certainly do with a fan, the only constructive feedback we have. The property manager/cleaners were extremely helpful throughout our stay and helped with flexible check-in/out which was greatly appreciated. Massive thanks for making our time in Franschhoek so special!

We came to hermanus very last minute from the UK for a family bereavement and booked Petro’s place for the time we were there. It was such a perfect space. Petro met us as we arrived and showed us round and made us feel so at home. The house is amazingly kitted out with everything and more. The rooms are spacious and really clean. The garden is so beautiful with a gorgeous pool. It really ticked all of the boxes and made our time away really easy and as restful as possible in a challenging time. Petro was so accommodating and generous i would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay again.

We had such a great time at Ciska’s place!! She made a huge effort to make sure we had everything we needed for our family with 2 young kids. The house has such a relaxed vibe, is super comfortable and well equipped. Safe neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, fun beaches… best vacation ever!!

Loved Brianna and Bradley's place. Stunning architecture, fabulous lighting and beautiful views of the mountain from strategically placed windows. The photos don't do it justice. The pool is clean and a delicious treat and the lovely, well-kept garden is protected from the wind. We ran out of gas but Brianna was very responsive and delivered a refill quite promptly. The outside shower was definitely a boon. The unique Shell-shaped kitchen wall/enclosure made for an interesting "space within a space". The mezzanine creates a cosy tv room at the bottom and comfy WFH space on top. Wifi reception throughout the house was great. I absolutely recommend this gorgeous home and will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at air bnb accomodation for more than a week, the experience was good. We will visit again and refer family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay at the Docklands. It is very close to the V&A Waterfront and the roof-top is amazing. Communication with the Docklands-team was very easy and we got a reply very quickly. Recommended!

I spent a lovely peaceful few days recharging at Kirsty’s place. Was exactly what I needed. Close to both dale brook and st James tidal pools for daily swims

Had a lovely stay at the penthouse. The views are absolutely incredible and you feel like you wake up in a treehouse even though you’re right next to the beach. We enjoyed the quietness of glen beach (5 min walk) and afternoons at the pool. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Estate is safe, security friendly and professional. Extremely clean, everything that you need, fantastic view of Marina, walking distance to V&A. Friendly housekeeper. Excellent service from owner. Overall, would highly recommend.

Birgit is an excellent host. She is very responsive and all communication is very clear. She was also very in tune with our needs and quite flexible. The housekeeper, Blessing, is very friendly and available to look after your everyday needs. We didn’t need her services (we were always out and about), but she is there if you need her. The accommodation offers everything you need, with secure parking and good security. The patio is a good spot to relax at. I can highly recommend Birgit and this accommodation for anyone looking to explore Camps Bay.

This was our second stay at Mount Pleasant — and it won't be our last. The apartment has the best of it: a garden, beautiful pool, super nice interior in a gorgeous high ceiling old room, equipped with a kitchen which offers a young family the full self-catering including Braai. This whole package is gonna be rounded by a host and her crew, which is always helpful, very friendly and so welcoming to us, that I would tend to say — our stay was like visiting friends.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in Gardens! It’s just a great area with a lot of restaurants around. You can see the Lions had from the pool and be in Camps Bay or V&A in 15 minutes by car. The house is great. You basically feel like you are in Costa Rica or somewhere in the jungle when you wake up or have a coffee on the terrace. We loved it!

Superb place with a genuine ‘home’ feel to it. Lots of communal space inside and out and a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Tracy is a super host - responsive and shared loads of advice what to do locally. Hout Bay is a 10 min drive.

Perfect place to stay in Camps Bay. Quiet and private. We really enjoyed the pool. Colin and his wife were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer's place is fantastic. A stunning mountain view from the pool. During the day, you can lie in the sun, and there is always plenty of shade. We enjoyed so much, that we almost didn't want to leave;)

Such a special house.. we were mesmerised. We want to come back and stay for a few weeks to really enjoy the house. Just right at the beach. You can walk to clifton 1,2,4. Get a massage at the beach, enjoy the hot pool after a shock dip in the Altantic ocean.. There is security walking day and night around the beaches, making you feel so comfortable.. Beds were really comfy, we fell asleep at the patio beds under the moonlight.. It was magical. Francis who works with David helped us tremendously with our luggage and check in check out, he is so lovely.. All 6 friends left the house dreaming of owning a place like that one day..

The house was spacious and filled with natural light. It’s located in a safe-feeling area right at the foot of Table Mountain, which we absolutely love. Whenever we visit Cape Town, we enjoy staying in this part of the city: close enough to the city center for convenience, yet far enough to feel peaceful and relaxed. Uber rides are easy to get, but the area is also very walkable. Just keep in mind that it’s quite hilly… so be prepared to catch your breath a few times! ;) Would definitely stay here again!
