Very well hosted , house as expected , quiet and pleasant location. Jean Paul is very nice , the house is very well equipped , nickel bedding and a small garden to enjoy the sun and safe for a dog . A lot of walks to do and a little extra Hyper U a few minutes walk away is super well-stocked especially a great fishmonger's radius.

The house and its services were up to our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt great in the house and found a great welcome there. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

Great place! The house is great and the residence is beautiful, quiet and secure. It's very close to the center of the Flotte. Perfect bedding, secure parking space so very convenient! Small garden in front of the house, closed so perfect if you have a pet. Accessible swimming pool, large park with ping pong table and small playground. At the entrance of the residence, there is a nice little grocery store where you can order lunch. And most importantly: Ile de Ré is just Waouw🤩! In short , we highly recommend this listing😃!

The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

1 pleasant week at Sarah's place. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool, outdoor play areas. the location is ideal for bike rides and close to the ocean. the listing is as described.

What a beautiful home. It was a pleasure to spend time at Nath and Cyrille’s gorgeous home. It’s a hidden gem. The space is far bigger than it looks in the photos with a good size private garden with pristine pool and beautifully decorated outside dining area. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and the Tv was huge with all the channels you need for getting cosy after a day at the beach. The location is fantastic too. A few minutes walk from a variety of sandy beaches and a short bike ride to a big harbour. There is a bike hire shop at the end of the road with ample cycle lanes (we took our three young children on the road with their bikes - the drivers are very safe and respectful) and there is a big supermarket walking distance too. We didn’t use our car once we arrived the location and home is so perfect. The hosts Nath and Cyrille were incredibly helpful and friendly. We can’t recommend this little slice of paradise enough, it has everything you could possibly need.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and availability. The house is brand new and extremely clean. The place is extremely relaxing (despite the nightclub right next to the house) we do not extend. The insulation in the house is perfect. The Spa is lovely. The host responds extremely quickly to all our messages, and is extremely pleasant. Thank you for the stay

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Isabelle has made it available to my request for info. Very cordial communication. The house was quiet, very clean, functional with everything you need where you need, tidy, very well arranged and decorated inside and outside. Completely connected to the proposed rate. She accepted us without looking or surplus with our 3 dogs and not the least since we have a Bernese Bouvier, a Cane Corso and a Staffie. We were able to discover this beautiful area, these restaurants, these walks and landscapes and these beautiful beaches accepted by dogs, that's great!!! A great experience that we will repeat with Isabelle without problems and with total confidence.

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and efficient, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 and 4) also loved their holidays. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300m away... enough to be completely exotic!

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Pleasant weekend at Juliette's. The proximity to the beach and forest is a considerable asset. What a pleasure to leave the residence and be immediately in the forest! Excellent welcome from the owner.

A very nice house, easy to stay in. Close to the harbor, center, and beach. Coastal trail just around the corner. Quiet private garden and appreciable sheltered inner courtyard. Great stay! We'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Angela’s house. It is in a fantastic location, very tranquil but close to the heart of La Couarde. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Angele was excellent and she was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. We loved our stay and will definitely book again when we come to the Île de Re.

We had a lovely weekend at Yann's family home. The house is located in a quiet and tranquil environment, and close to the beach (not accessible to PRMs) which is relatively wild and uncrowded (at least during our stay at the end of April). The house is in a great location and makes it easy to radiate on the island. We were 8 people (4 generations) but everyone was easily able to have their own space sincethere are 2 separate sleeping areas and 4 bedrooms in total, the dining room table is well suited for the number of people, the whole house is level which was appreciated for the older ones. We came with our dog, the garden is perfectly fenced and secured. Finally, in advance, Yann was very responsive when booking and provided us with a detailed guide for self access to the house as well as a guide to shops and sites to visit.

We had a lovely week at Steeve's house. The property is clean, perfectly furnished, in a very quiet area and close to the sea. Walking tours are top notch. We were with my wife and two daughters. Recommended👍🏼 Ps: a big thank you to Sylvie for her kindness
