Carin is the perfect and most attentive host. Her apartment is very charming and perfectly equipped in a beautiful setting with shops and tram in the immediate vicinity. As always, everything was fine and the next stay is already booked.

We had a super nice time at Marion's place. From the first minute we felt welcomed and at home. Marion and her husband are very loving and friendly hosts. It really reminds a bit of Bullerbü, here the world is still fine. 🥰 For the youngest in the bundle, there were many animal visitors to discover in the garden and behind the house a large meadow to let off steam and play football. It was a completely beautiful vacation for us. Thank you very much dear Marion ☺️

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

Great stay with great weather which helped make our vacation extra of course! Impeccable and very beautiful accommodation, as described Cornelia is a great host. We did not see it physically but had a lot of fruitful and friendly exchanges via the app Ideal location close to a few lakes including the Starnberg See which is a 15mn walk (swimming boat rides...) or the Ammersee which is 10mn by car In 45 minutes we are in Munich, in 1h10 at the castle of Neuschwanstein and therefore 10 minutes more and we are in the Tirol... We would recommend a stay here to everyone Tchuss

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, everything is clean and it is quiet with great views of the mountains. We used it as a starting point for various activities and at the same time as a retreat to spend time with friends.

Overall great stay and the place looked just as advertised on Air B&B. Not really much decoration in the apartment so it lacked a warm welcoming feeling but that doesn't affect the functionality of the apartment. There is a small washer which was nice as we needed to do some laundry. The washer's controls are all in German but there is an instruction manual that is written in several languages. We found it easier just to watch a couple YouTube videos to get familiar with the machine. The host left a binder with public transportation info and nearby restaurants. The old town area is about a 45 minute walk but there is a nearby tram that will get you there much quicker.

From the beginning, friendly and fast communication! Very warm personal welcome. The location is pleasantly quiet, by car you can reach the train station in a few minutes, at all shopping or even on the highway. Walking a little longer, but also ok. (Bus stop or nearest supermarket within walking distance) We felt very comfortable, everything was open and honest, helpful and spontaneous!

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The property is only recommended for the catchment area of Messe München. Lots of bedrooms, furnished kitchen and large bathroom. Parking is also available directly in front of the door! Would book again anytime if needed

It was a good fit for a trade fair accommodation for four people. Bakery right next door. Just finding the small driveway was a bit tricky. But also not impossible.

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. An excellent place to stay - easy to get to so many great days out from the flat. Lakes, cable cars to glaciers, monasteries and palaces. This is a beautiful part of Germany and a lovely village. We could walk from the flat and be in beautiful surroundings within minutes. The neighbours are very quiet, the access to a washing machine and dryer was helpful. It is a small flat but was perfectly adequate for a family of four. We used the sofa bed in the lounge which was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There were lots of suggestions for things to do in the flat ... we just ran out of time to do them all. A warm and cosy place to stay.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

I had the pleasure of staying here for two weeks with my friends and it was a truly wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. They were always available, helpful with anything I needed, and provided great local tips that made my time even more enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home.
