Beautiful and modern design aesthetic, very comfortable bed, bathtub to die for, and lots of great restaurants in the area.

The space fulfilled the needs of my friends and I. The building was quiet and secure. The guards at the gate were friendly. We arrived back to the condo late most nights because we were in the area for wedding festivities and there were no issues being let in after hours. The recommendations for food and shopping the hosts gave were helpful.

The stay was super comfortable, it had a very nice view, the place was easy to reach. It has everything you need (kitchen utensils, cleaning, bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, etc). I definitely recommend this place to stay if you are going to visit gdl.

Very good accommodation, for 5 people is excellent since the rooms are good size and the bathroom also, suitable dining room and kitchen. Very friendly guards and very accessible check-in, the area is not so nice but security makes up for it, this area is good if you want to explore downtown or want to ride around by Uber so it doesn't get expensive. My mother-in-law took advantage of every day that there is very close to Mercado San Juan and did not leave jajajaj, I went and bought, I would come back to leave things and come back so if you like shopping it is good location. I recommend it 10/10 if I would return to that place especially because of Diana's accessibility. I highly recommend. Cheers.

We were very comfortable in the apartment, everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is very well conditioned and nice, the host is friendly and attentive all the time. I would stay there again.

Everything was great, good place and the atmosphere is very quiet in the apartments. Everything is very clean, the view from the balcony in the mornings is incredible. We would definitely stay with Mr. Manuel again.

The area is very safe, restaurants and very close businesses. The very nice guards. It had all the amenities described in the listing. Good location Serca from Plaza Mariano Escobedo and its kiosk, at night you find a variety of typical food of the place where you can enjoy as a family, close to the San Andrés train that you can move very easy

Super convenient for those who have children at TEC de Monterrey. The apartment is very well located, very well cared for, clean, like new. It has space to park in case you rent or have a car, which makes it very convenient. There are restaurants and shopping plazas very close by, which also makes things easier. Both Gabriel and Abril were very friendly and immediately answered the messages. Highly recommended!

Hi! Everything was good, my cell phone went off but I managed to have communication with Victor. Super accessible, friendly, no problems at all. The place super at ease, the areas to relax. I was going to the Katy Perry concert at the end it was cancelled and I decided to spend it in the place so everything was excellent. I felt comfortable, I was with mom and my niece and we enjoyed the place. Thank you

i really liked it because the pool was delicious, very private the warm water and my girls were able to swim and play very happy , the apartment was clean and we were helped a lot by what will have coffee ( delicious) as well as shampo , and soap, the towels super well , water showering the water was excellent , everything was very private, even we enjoyed a movie, we will definitely return
