Debra is truly a Superhost, and I feel blessed that she is on Airbnb as she really is the paragon of what an ideal hostess should be and how the ideal Airbnb home should be. She was always responsive, kind, thoughtful, reasonable, and reliable in all her communication. Her home is lovely and very well maintained as tastefully decorated throughout. You can tell by the items in her home, from a fancy can opener to nightlights, how thoughtful she is and it really felt like home. I could not have asked for or expected a better hostess or home. Thank you so much Debra for facilitating such a top-notch stay!

Awesome residence with amazing hosts!! Cozy, tidy, and impressionable Airbnb that will meet your basic needs AND some! Rigo allowed me to check in early upon request. Also, there were some hiccups with the keypad which he fixed immediately on the spot. Shortly afterwards there was a new issue with the keypad, so he personally came by to square us away. Rigo is friendly, responsive, polite, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend- and will definitely visit again!!! A+++

My husband and I had a delightful stay in Joshua's beautiful RV! It was nice and private, and we loved being on the family farm, seeing the chickens and the outdoor kitties who were extremely friendly. We felt right at home in the beautiful surroundings, and we will definitely be staying here in the future if we find ourselves in Arroyo Grande again. The RV was very spacious and had the basic necessities for us to cook the food that we brought. Joshua went above and beyond when we notified him that there was no working toaster oven, and within 10 minutes he had sent someone to bring us an air frying microwave oven that suited our needs. I researched a lot of airbnbs in Arroyo Grande before deciding on Joshua's RV. I found that it was the most affordable option, and it was also sincerely the best option because in an RV you have all the benefits of being in a private suite complete with kitchen, living room space, bedroom, and even a warm shower! It was a wonderful vacation spot for us!
