This place is beautiful , very peaceful and relaxing , beautiful views, very clean, place have everything you need , such a kitchen supplies, etc. was such a wonderful experience feed the deer. Looks exactly like the pictures on app. Will be back . Great place

Randy’s place was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully made up, and we loved that each area had its own bathroom—it made the stay so convenient. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was amazing, perfect for cooking and gathering. I highly recommend staying here!

This place was great! Group of 5 friends, and we were comfortable the whole stay. This place was perfect for people who don't want to spend too much time inside and want to explore what New Braunsfels has to offer.

Great location & beautiful condo!

My husband and I stayed at this home for 2 months. We both work remotely and had no issues with the internet during our stay. The place is well stocked for long stays. The patio space, especially the hot tub, is nice for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet The location is a good 20-30 minutes from New Braunfels where you’ll find many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Debbie made this place feel like home! It was so clean and she gave us great recommendations on places to visit while we were there! It was close to everything, but also far enough away that it was private! We ended up spending most of the day at her oasis because we loved it so much! We are already planning another trip. Seriously! It can be so hard to find good places and going based off of reviews is hard, but with this one just know you are getting an amazing stay!

Rusty was awesome and so was this place. We stayed long term (3 months) while we looked for our new home. We had 3 dogs with us and it was perfect. He was always responsive and helpful. We thought we needed to extend and he did it same day, then we found our home and he was able to move our check out back to the original date, no issues. We would definitely recommend this place!! Beautiful views and amazing location! Follow the instructions here provides to get checked in, it’s tucked away, so you can miss it if you go by the apps directions.

This place was amazing! Even though the weather was not great, we had a ton of fun playing games inside and just hanging out. When it got a little more sunny and less windy we were able to enjoy taking our kayak out in the lake. We also enjoyed being able to walk out on the deck and just chill. Randy was very clear with check in/check out instructions and we were appreciative of the little notes around the house (how to use the tv, instructions on the fridge, etc). Overall an awesome stay and we hope to be back in the future!

We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

Beautiful home right on the river! Water level was perfect for our small children while we were there. Half bath & laundry area near side entry was perfect for drying off from the river. Home was comfortable, slept well, and was surprisingly larger than shown in photos. There are a couple of doors that can be closed when kids are playing & watching TV in one living room, creating a more quiet space in the other living room. There are wonderful views of the river from the upstairs windows. The tree line along the river created privacy from the road. We felt like we had our own private oasis on the river! Wonderful place with plenty of room for the entire extended family! Loved the view, location was close to anything you needed, games were super fun, had lots of great laughs with the family! Great place, we will be back!
