Property awarded with a mango foot that covers the roof, producing pleasant indoor temperature, including on summer days. The host lives in the main house at the bottom of the land, with independent pedestrian entrance, the unit is an exclusive environment and restricted to guests. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PET.

Loft in the center of Guarapari

Guest house in the basement of a century-old house at the top of the hill of Guarapari Historic site. Bright and fresh, with a wooded and lawn garden, located in the center of the city near the main beaches: Valentines, Virtudes, Castanheiras and Areia Preta. Quick access to restaurants, pharmacy, mall and banks. I am happy to recommend my favorite places. If you are interested in history and culture, you can walk around and visit the foundation of Guaraparim Village.

Cozy house of exposed brick, independent entrance, with living room and 2 bedrooms facing Praia da Fonte, a cove of few villas and restricted external access. The backyard of the house is the sand of the beach, affectionately called GuaraCaribe by the residents. The owners - Juca and Ana - live upstairs and excel in welcoming guests of all backgrounds and ages.

A well-lit sleeping area features a spacious bed dressed in a patterned blue and green bedspread. Two matching pillows and a neatly folded towel are arranged on the bed. The light-colored walls and tiled floor create a bright and airy ambiance.
