We love our stay, the environment is beautiful and decorated, extremely clean and according to the photos and description informed on the site. The location is great, close to the bakery, restaurants and supermarkets and the position of the apartment is also great. Excellent value. Márcio is very helpful, polite and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

We spent great days at Rosany and Jair's homes! Rosany was super polite and helpful in terms of the flexibility of check In and how to respond to my questions. The space is as described in the photos. Close to all local shops. Although there was no parking, we parked around the building, we did not have to pay for it and it ran smoothly, although the carnival period is very crowded. We stayed for a week at the apartment. Good beds, good shower, clean, quiet and with garage (a great differential). Facing the beach of Setiba. For those who want to enjoy the "foot in the sand" scheme, it is very worth it.
