Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Guayama

The house is very nice, very organized and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet. Everything was clean, and Hector took care of it. The Host is very responsible and very attentive. We had a very relaxed and family weekend. We would definitely be back!

Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

Our week at MikaLuka was great! The location and outdoor space was amazing. The private pool was so lovely. I was disappointed that we weren’t going to be able to use it our last afternoon when I discovered that an iguana must have gotten in and used it as a toilet. However, when I reached out to let Vanessa know, she had someone there in minutes and it was cleaned up and able to be used again in under half an hour! Quite impressive and we were so thankful. Nice restaurants nearby. Recommend the sangria by the restaurant a couple doors down as well as dinner at Arcoiris and El Gallo Pinto in Guayama!

I’ve been to Puerto Rico many times, and this Airbnb was by far the nicest, most secure place we have stayed at. Christie was so communicative and let us check in early since our flight was early which was so appreciated! The day we landed on the island, there was an island wide power outage, and it didn’t really affect us because of the generator at the Airbnb. The place was so clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The beds were all so comfortable. The house actually is even nicer in person than in pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Christie provided a guide that provided very thorough instructions for check in and for our entire stay. Their location was excellent with a lot around and only 15-20 mins to San Juan. The neighborhood felt very exclusive. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Puerto Rico!

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Yesenia‘s place was very lovely. Everything was clean and had comfortable bed. We had a small hiccup with a showerhead, but Yesenia was right on it and sent a person to replace it the very next day. Brownie points for Yesenia! Great host!

Our stay at Javier’s place was nothing short of amazing. My family throughly enjoyed our sty and with each day it felt like home. The place had everything you needed and more. The apt was better than we could’ve imagined. It was spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. We loved just hanging out on the private balcony and creating memories. During our stay their was a massive power outage throughout the island and Javier made sure to check in with us and even offered other accommodations. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near [shops/restaurants/attractions]. Marisa’s spot is exactly what we needed for One night in Guayama. Everything in the space was updated nicely and it’s a short walk to all the plaza and El Gallo Pinto. Guayama doesn’t have many options, so this is the perfect addition. The block itself looks a bit desolate, but it is totally safe, and I can imagine lots of businesses popping back up in Guayama in a few years. What a gem! And El Gallo Pinto is absolutely worth the visit.

This lovely large studio was a perfect spot for a woman traveling alone to WFH and enjoy resort living. It is a safe, beautifully decorated, and extremely well thought out space with plenty of storage, a large bathroom, washer-dryer, small kitchen with a good-size refrigerator, spacious sleeping area, great lighting, comfortable sitting area with a real desk and high-speed wifi, small indoor dining area and small patio with a little table and barbeque very close to the pool. The owner is super-nice, easy to get along with, and communicates quickly by text when a question arises. Worth the money if you have it because much nicer than the much less expensive studios in the same neighborhood. The Palmas Doradas neighborhood is perfectly located close to the beach on the third green and next to the hotel: it's my favorite area in Palmas del Mar.

Nice view and wonderful ocean waves sounds for you to enjoy at night. Go visit a waterfall!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

This place was absolutely breathtaking, just steps from the beach & pool. Everything was like a magazine cover. We have taken many vacations and this one is in top. The host were amazing and responded quickly. We rented a golf cart for our stay and it made life so much easier. There is so much to see and do.

Beautiful, super clean and relaxing condo! My family of 4 felt right at home and we loved taking our time in the morning to have coffee and breakfast on the table outside on balcony where we could see the ocean! We spend a lot of time there reading and talking and reconnecting. It was beautiful. We used the pool quite a bit and it was nice how close the bodega and restaurants are! Would stay here again in a minute!

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!
