My house of 60 m2 is located in a residential area very close to the city center and the flood ponds (10 minutes of walking),but also the fishing port and the base of the submarines (15 minutes of walking),or the beaches (5-10 minutes by car). You will enjoy the indoor spaces and charm of the renovated old as well as the outdoor wooden terrace. Small shops nearby (tobacco,press,bakery,supermarket...) Easy free parking in the street. Very quiet street.
