Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Must be willing to stay regardless of rain drops on the tin roof, or lightning and torrential rain on a tin roof in a room of glass. Enjoy!

It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

Welcome to Seashell Suite at Sand Dollar! This lovely 1 bed/1 bath, water view condo is located on Little Sabine Bay in Pensacola Beach, FL! Relax on the patio as you look out at the tranquil water with the salty breeze blowing in your hair. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are right across the street, the nearest public access less than a 5 minute walk away! You can also easily walk/drive to the bustling boardwalk with shopping and plenty of great restaurants.

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Beautiful and underneath live oaks and old magnolias, The Cottage was built in October 2015 in a quiet family neighborhood. The decor is "Southern-Coastal". *We live on the property next door. NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.
