Vacation rentals with beach access in Gulf Breeze

I had a wonderful stay here for my mom's birthday! It has been a goal to go to Navarre Beach for a long time and it was just as beautiful as we imagined. The balcony view is breathtaking and the private beach area along with the pool was very peaceful. The BnB was very spacious and well decorated and clean. There was a thing crack in one of the sliding glass doors which Quinn communicated prior to our stay letting us know it was in the process of being fixed. Quinn was a great host and messaged us back quickly when we had any questions. Overall loved the stay and didn't want to leave!

Olivia’s place was peaceful and quiet, great area on the bay with room to play for our kids and they did not want to leave. Walkable to the beach, we would def come back.

Andrew and Sofia were my heroes on this trip. They saved me from an unpleasant booking and made the reminder of my week an absolute pleasure. I could not ask for a quicker response time, property and surroundings were just lovely! Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for some meal prep if you're staying in. if dining out is your wish, all the best restaurants are a very short drive away. very highly recommend!!

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was perfect for my work trip for the weekend and very close to the beach.

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

We decided to take a short trip to Navarre Beach and made a great choice in staying at casa blue Jay! loved the location , short walk to the beach , my kids loved the pool , my husband and me loved the peaceful and quiet location. Looking forward to book again soon

i loved my stay here! i felt very at home and enjoyed the open kitchen/living room. very clean and no clutter. looked just like the photos as well! i loved the set up of the place as well, very open bedrooms too!

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful just as it looked in the pictures. The views are beautiful. Good location. Community pool across the street from the house and just a short walk to the beach. The house also provides lots of beach supplies, 2 bikes, and 2 scooters. These amenities made it easier for us to enjoy family activities. This is a great house for a family vacation.

Much like that of other reviews, this property was fantastic from start to finish. Mike was a perfect host, and the location can’t be beat. The small beach at the end of the street could not have been more perfect for our kids, and the National Seashore is not to be missed! This was our first time to Navarre, but will not be the last!

Great place to stay if going to Navarre Beach! Close walk to the beach. We loved having access to the golf cart to bring our stuff to the beach. House was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Charlette was very responsive to any needs that we had. Would definitely go back!

I can’t say enough about these guys! We felt right at home. When an issue arose, they were quick to respond. Went out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction and that an enjoyable time was had by us. The home was cozy and very clean. They had so many extras (bikes, darts, buggy for the beach, kayaks, etc.). You’ll never run out of things to do even if you never leave the property!! Kitchen was fully stocked and very spacious! There was plenty of room for everyone. We chose to drive to the public beach access when we went; only because we had so much stuff. But it’s definitely an easy walk if you don’t want to drive. Guys, y’all keep up with the great hosting!! We’ll definitely return to this property in the future!! ❤️❤️

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

The place was amazing! It was clean, bright and open. The location was nice. Not much within walking distance but an easy drive to all the restaurants and local bars and stores. The beach was beautiful and super close. We had such a great time. Hannah is the perfect host, allowed us to check in early, and always responded quickly.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Jerry’s place was perfect for our vacation! He communicated with us very well! Super close to the beach and there’s so many great places nearby to eat!

Omg..!! It was wonderful, the place was very cozy and welcoming, we were so comfortable there, the bed were very comfortable, we slept very well. And the beauty of it was that the beach is literally the back yard. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay walking distance to the beach.

Sean was very friendly and acommidating. The place was very clean, and very convienient to the the Fort Walton Beach/Eglin AFB area.
