Homely bungalow in beautiful scenic rural location, a quiet place to enjoy the range of bird species and wild areas of Unst. Two minute walk from gorgeous Norwick beach. Also the eclectic mix of guizers in the Norwick Up Helly Aa, in mid February. Due to allergies this is a pet/(dog)less house.
“We had a lovely stay in Unst in Alison’s house! There was plenty of room and it was lovely and warm the whole weekend! There was also a cot, high chair and toys provided which was great for keeping our little girl amused! Location is also perfect- right next to the beach!”
Traditional stone cottage with modern extension. In a wonderful spot with a great view.
“Amazing, clean and spacious place in an exceptionally scenic and picturesque location. We spent a few days on Unst but this property probably has the best view on the island! The location is good for those who want to have nature right on the doorstep. The property is a mix of a traditional cottage and a modern extension with a good stove. Everything works, is top quality, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The wifi is good and reliable. Plenty of storage and room for car parking. Comfortable beds, excellent showers and efficient heating in every room. The host, Joanne, is excellent and communicative. Can’t fault it, would highly recommend to anybody, and will definitely return. Thanks for a memorable stay.”
Converted byre, over looking Bullmull Sound with stunning views of Unst and Fetlar. Easy access to Roro ferry to explore the other Isles.
“We loved every moment of our stay. What a cosy space Donna and Scott managed to create ! And all this in a wonderful setting ! The view down to Gutcher ferry port is beautiful - and the mix between busier ferry times and the calm in between underlines the wonderful feeling of remoteness. Diving gannets guaranteed and black guillemots and otters possible, what could there be more to hope for ? Certainly a place to come back to. Thank you !”
