Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Oasis at the edge of the forest "Rotkehlchenhain"

Our newly renovated tiny house for 2 - 4 people awaits you, nestled under the magnificent linden tree in our garden at the edge of the forest of Ziegenhagen. It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Cozy non-smoking - Apartment ideal for hikers, cyclists and Kassel explorers. You can reach your bright oasis of peace via two flights of stairs. The large kitchen-living room is the center of your locked apartment. The small table in the dormer is also suitable as a mini office. The bathroom invites you to linger with a spacious shower and modern design. In the bedroom, a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) awaits you. The recamiere can also be used as an additional sleeping accommodation.

Die große Terasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Sofa lädt zum Ankommen und Abschalten ein. Hier gibt es naturnahes Leben für Naturliebhaber*innen. Mit Wohnmobil-Gasheizung und kleiner elektrisch ausgestatteter Kochecke. Im nah gelegenen Haus befindet sich Gemeinschafts-Badezimmer mit Dampfsauna. Die Waldrandlage verspricht Ruhe und Erholung. Beautiful 70m2 apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking Weser 100m away. The apartment has a double bed. For more than 2 people, there is also a travel cot. But we also have a second apartment here for more guests. The large garden invites you to grill in the barbecue cottage or to jump into the 4 x 8 m pool. Beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance. Ebikes and E chopper and an E foil are available to rent. PV is also available for electric car charging.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. The attic has been ecologically renovated. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

You will stay in a completely new apartment furnished by the hosts themselves. The apartment is on the first floor with private entrance in the house of the hosts. Witzenhausen is "the" cherry town. Ideal starting point for hikes (over 20 premium hiking trails nearby), bike tours and motorcycle trips. The apartment is just 10 minutes from the center. Shops (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) and the outdoor swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.

Wir sind eine junge Familie und bieten euch eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Landkreis Kassel – gestaltet nach dem Motto „Wie für mich selbst“. Zur Wohnung gehören eine ca. 20 m² große, teilüberdachte Terrasse sowie ein Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: von Gewürzen und Gesellschaftsspielen über Waschmaschine, Fliegengitter bis hin zu Pflegeprodukten. Ruhig gelegen, die Documenta-Stadt Kassel ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar.
