Everything was fantastic! We didn’t get to stay as long as we wanted but the apartment and the grounds were even better than expected. In a gorgeous historic farmhouse style complex. Alll the best renovations and protected details. Would definitely come back! Just a note: if you’re a coffee person and you’re arriving very late like we did, make sure to bring some coffee (and maybe filters?) for the coffee machine. The kitchen amenities were all great too! Loved our stay!

Lovely little apartment, was there for a work stay for 7 weeks. In case of problems, the caretaker always had an open ear and found a quick solution. Small but nice! Communication with Sabine was quick and smooth. Thanks for this lovely time :)

Nice apartment on the edge of town, with the forest almost directly behind the apartment buildings. Very quiet at night with a nice view over the town. Apartment was clean and check-in was straightforward. The apartment on the top floor, and there is an elevator. Parking is easy to use. Location is probably better with a car, but you are only a ten minute walk to a REWE grocery store, and about 30 minute walk to the old town or the university. There is also a bus stop near by.

Since we visited someone in Kassel, we were only in the accommodation for the night. However, we also recommend this for a self-contained stay, as the accommodation is very well equipped up to the barbecue on the beautiful roof balcony.

We stayed for 8 nights, and it truly felt like home! The place was quiet, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A beautiful lake is just a 5-minute walk away, making the location even more special. We would definitely love to come back! The only minor downside for us was the bed—it felt a bit small for two people. But overall, we had a wonderful experience!

It was the perfect place to stay for our colleagues. You felt right at home due to the modern and cozy furnishings. The apartment was very clean and comfy. Host Tatjana was very friendly and easy to reach. We will definitely remember the place and recommend it to other travelers.

Flora and Rainer are very, very friendly and helpful hosts. We had to postpone the period due to illness – they were very understanding and it wasn't an issue. We felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is very quiet and idyllic. If you want to be quickly in the city center/at the train station, a more centrally located apartment is better served. We were traveling by car, so everything was easily and quickly accessible.

We were in the house for a JGA and felt more than comfortable. The large kitchen-living room on the 1st floor offers the perfect space for a wonderful girls' night together! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, new and clean. Thanks to the good weather, we were even able to spend the evening behind the house with the cozy lounge furniture in the evening sun. Everything around perfect! 🙏🏼😍

Everything was clean and the living room was extra nice. A few staples have arrived. Only in the entrance area you will notice that parts of the house are still being renovated.

Beautiful, modern accommodation with very good facilities - an additional highlight are the running ducks in the garden :)

This place was perfect for our Easter stay with 3 generations. Plenty of space, a huge garden for Easter animal hunting, really all the amenities you could ask for. Always happy to come back! In addition, an unobtrusive, friendly host. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

Fantastic accommodation for a relaxing stay with a toddler. There were great wooden toys, (small) child books, an exceptional high chair, potty, and even a bath towel for the child. Very low traffic and with a great playground almost opposite. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very pleasant scent of incense. We loved continuous birdsong as well as beautiful views of the countryside from all windows. We stayed for an extended weekend and just felt at home from the first to the last moment.

It couldn't be better! Communication and procedures around arrival and departure excellent, very good value for money. Very clean. Very generous. Great is the separation between large kitchen and living room. The house has been lovingly renovated in-house, you can see. Modern bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful linens. In the kitchen everything you need and more (coffee, tea, plenty of dishes, glasses, pottery...). Parking also for more than one car is no problem. We felt very comfortable with six adults and would come back any time.

A very nice small apartment in which I felt right at home. It was very clean and there was everything that made the stay pleasant. The apartment is very quietly located in a residential area. The village center can be reached on foot through the beautiful park in about 15 minutes. Shopping is also nearby. I met Daniel as a very friendly host. Check in and check out went smoothly. Daniel is very flexible with the period of arrival or departure. Conclusion: A little insider tip!

Alte Pfarre was about as ideal as an airbnb can be. Spotless, spacious, and ideally located, the gracious welcome from Wolfgang and Simone made the airbnb far more homey than usual. Alte Pfarre was a perfect home base for our three days/four nights of local exploration. Also, we enjoyed spending time at the airbnb as a family rather than just using the location as a place to sleep. We cooked together, sat around, and enjoyed the 1600s ambience (with amenities of 2025). And if anyone is a runner, the back roads and paths around Gudensberg will give grin after grin - the running terrain and views are that good.

All in all a beautiful apartment with great amenities. We found staying to be pleasant. Kassel center is 15 minutes by car. The Hercules and the castle about 30 minutes. Fuldatal a highly recommended organic shop and butcher shop.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Annika and Mathias. With a lot of vacation rental experience, we quickly came to the conclusion that the apartment is the way we want an apartment and how we would offer it ourselves. For us and our three children, the apartment was the ideal starting point for hikes and activities. The morning sun on the balcony with great views made the stay perfect for me. We stayed at this place for a weekend and were very satisfied. Sascha is a very kind host who values the satisfaction of his guests. The place was in a quiet area as described and you were right in a beautiful forest with great hiking opportunities. We were here with our dogs, for whom this environment was an absolute dream - of course for us. The apartment was lovingly prepared and clean, which is always very important to us. We definitely recommend this place for people who love nature and want a cute place to stay. We definitely want to come back! :)

We stayed for just one night on our way to Berlin. The apartment and garden were both very nice. The apartment was clean and cozy, with everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. The garden is a paradise for children, featuring a treehouse, slide, trampoline, and swings. It's the perfect place to stay with kids. I definitely recommend it and would be happy to book again.
