We were in the house for a JGA and felt more than comfortable. The large kitchen-living room on the 1st floor offers the perfect space for a wonderful girls' night together! The rooms and bathrooms were modern, new and clean. Thanks to the good weather, we were even able to spend the evening behind the house with the cozy lounge furniture in the evening sun. Everything around perfect! 🙏🏼😍

Furnished with a lot of taste and high quality outbuilding of Ludwigseck Castle, located in the middle of nature and tranquility directly at the castle. The highlight is the light-flooded, very well-equipped kitchen with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hilly landscape. We felt very comfortable here. The only minor drawbacks were the at times somewhat unstable hot water supply and the tiny fridge, which was unfortunately much too small for our group of 6 over the Easter weekend.

The accommodation corresponds to the description and Désirée was always available for questions and has communicated everything necessary and helpful in advance. The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished, we felt comfortable 😊

We had a very nice weekend among friends here. The house is cozy and very well equipped for cooking together. The rooms and beds were very clean and everything was in very good condition. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was clean and the living room was extra nice. A few staples have arrived. Only in the entrance area you will notice that parts of the house are still being renovated.

Beautiful, modern accommodation with very good facilities - an additional highlight are the running ducks in the garden :)

We rented Elke's place as a group of seven friends from the study period and were able to celebrate a very relaxing reunion in Kassel. The house is very, very cozy, sparkling clean and has everything it needs! And Elke was a really very helpful and nice host!

The vacation home was extremely child-friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the vacation home!

We had a lovely stay! Herfried and Henriette received us very hospitably. We felt very welcome. The has a very nice apartment and equipped with all the comforts. Our kids have enjoyed all the toys. Convenient location to explore Kassel and the surrounding area, supermarkets nearby.

Kerstin goes above and beyond. You get the five star treatment, from organic fruit and breakfast waiting for you in the fridge, to coffee, water bottles, milk, butter… Kerstin thinks of everything. We stayed for 10 days and did not need anything, everything we wanted was right there. Oh, even tooth brushes! And lots of clean towels. I wish I had more time to enjoy in Kerstin’s garden. I will definitely stay with her again if I travel to Duderstadt in the future.

We stayed at the apartment for three weeks. It really has everything you need. It was all very clean. Also we were able to sleep very well as it is very quiet. I can only recommend the apartment.

Barbara was an excellent host, very responsive and welcoming. We had a great time in Kassel!

There were four of us here for a few days. A great apartment, bigger than you can see in the photos and above all beautifully bright with a view. A very nice contact with the landlord, who also gives worthwhile restaurant tips. We felt comfortable all around and would be happy to come back.

The apartment was great for us family with 3 small children, the playground was right next door. Everything you needed could be reached on foot. The mattresses in the bedroom were just wonderful - honestly, better than home. We slept wonderfully. The key handover and check-out worked super and uncomplicated. Mr. Dörge was very friendly and even called us on the day of arrival and wished for a pleasant trip, not every host does that either. Ms. Dörge was very hearty and introduced herself to us. We had everything we need and we hope to come back. Best regards

The apartment was very nice, well equipped and even bigger than in the pictures. It had everything you need – overall a very pleasant stay. The property is spacious and beautifully landscaped, with garden and stream – really idyllic. The outdoor area including terrace is shared with the landlord. Gladly again.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Annika and Mathias. With a lot of vacation rental experience, we quickly came to the conclusion that the apartment is the way we want an apartment and how we would offer it ourselves. For us and our three children, the apartment was the ideal starting point for hikes and activities. The morning sun on the balcony with great views made the stay perfect for me. All in all a beautiful apartment with great amenities. We found staying to be pleasant. Kassel center is 15 minutes by car. The Hercules and the castle about 30 minutes. Fuldatal a highly recommended organic shop and butcher shop.

Our stay with Irene and Micha was really nice. The two are very warm, open and helpful hosts and the place is comfortable and spacious. You can tell that someone was thinking about the amenities and it has everything you need. The view from the large balcony is amazing and the area is wonderfully quiet. Nevertheless, both the city center and many excursion destinations can be reached quickly from there. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was well suited for us (with a 1.5 year old child). We particularly liked the quiet surroundings and that the nearest playgrounds were still only 10 minutes away by car. Our tip for families with small kids, for whom the Aqua Mundo is nothing yet: the gold bath in Korbach is only 20 minutes away and very nice.

We recovered very well in the apartment , location was great, you can walk quickly to the park and downtown , grocery store directly up the street, a very quiet house , the beds were very comfortable and beautiful was the evening starry sky on the balcony and at the skylight. Dimi is a very helpful host , the communication was super fast . Thank you , we are happy to recommend .
