2 bedroom cottage on 31 mile lake. Frozen in the winter and fun to explore by boat and/or swimming on the sandy shore in the summer (great for kids).

Fully stocked with wood and s'mores kit for a nice fire outside. Spot deer, bald eagles, woodpeckers and more.

Includes High Speed Internet, cable tv, a canoe and dock for your boat. Right next to public dock.

The space
This cozy lakeside cottage features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for young children or for a relaxing soak during a romantic getaway.

The open-concept kitchen and living area offers two large windows overlooking the beautiful lake, filling the space with natural light and peaceful views.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials: plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, cooking oil, spices, and more. Everything you need to feel right at home.

Just outside the kitchen, step onto the side balcony and enjoy our propane BBQ, conveniently located for easy cooking in both summer and winter.

Down by the water, you’ll find a private dock and a canoe with two life jackets available for your use. The public dock and boat launch are just two minutes away, making it simple to launch your boat and dock it right at the cottage.

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cannabis, or vaping) inside the cottage is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Guest access
There is more than enough parking for all the guests on the property itself. There’s a convenience store (épicerie 4 fourches) about 15 minutes away with a bunch of basic necessities. The closest city is about 25 minutes away where you can find everything you need (groceries, Canadian tire, SAQ, Dollarama, etc...) It's also where our farm (Ferme Gilmour) is located if you want to schedule a visit or book an activity with us, we'd be more than happy.

Other things to note
If checkin or checkout times don’t suit you, just send us your requests in a message. Most of the time we can accommodate them.

If you want decorations for a birthday, holiday or just a little message to your loved one, let us know, it would be our pleasure.

We have young children ourselves, therefore if you need a crib or other baby items, let us know and we can usually accommodate them.

Also to be noted, the best pizza in the region can be delivered straight to the cottage, Pizza Talbot (about a 10-15 minute drive from the cottage).

The neighbourhood is busier with lots of boats on the lake in the summer and quieter in the winter with just a few people ski-dooing around the lake.
