Welcome to DUN, a modern micro-home offering breathtaking views in the middle of nature, ideally located 30 minutes from Old Quebec.

Perched at the top of the mountain, treat yourself to an unparalleled retreat from the city lights. Imagine staring at the stars from the comfort of the master bedroom and waking up the world at your feet, with mountain peaks stretching out as far as the eye can see resembling the waves swirling across the ocean.

Despite a modest building footprint of 24 square meters (the maximum area allowed under zoning laws), Le DUN spares no effort to offer a luxurious lifestyle within the limits of a micro-home.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed adorned with a premium Tempur-Pedic orthopedic mattress, ensuring your absolute comfort for a restorative night. Fall in love with the opulent theatrical vibe, with high ceilings, panoramic windows, and thick, luxurious curtains.

The auxiliary room is equipped with queen-size bunk beds, sleeping up to four people comfortably, for a total of six guests.

Enjoy year-round comfort with heated floors throughout the cabin, complemented by a central heating/cooling pump and a gas fireplace, ensuring warmth and comfort even on the coldest winter days.

The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you want: a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and Villeroy and Boch luxury porcelain dishes. Just twelve minutes away, check out a top supermarket, a bakery with fresh morning croissants and special breads, as well as a selection of local restaurants to satisfy your culinary desires.

Electric car owners will appreciate the universal on-site charger, allowing quick and easy charging during their stay. (Tesla NACS and J1772). In the event of a power outage, an emergency generator ensures the continuity of your stay without interruption.

Some wellness services are available directly at the DUN, such as Swedish massages, private yoga classes, or hypnosis therapy. These can be booked separately with our partner.

WINTER JOURNEY
During the snowy season, from 1 November to 15 April, an all-wheel drive car (AWD, 4x4) is required to access the property. During the winter season, it is also possible to provide a shuttle service with us. This service needs to be planned in advance.

TAXI and UBER
Due to the location away from the house, it is not advisable to depend on taxi or Uber services for transportation. These services are rare in the area, so it can be difficult or even impossible to find transportation and you may have trouble leaving the house. Please contact us if you have any questions about transportation.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:
We are excited to offer a convenient shuttle service to our guests!
To use this service, please go to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have booked free night parking so you can safely leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay. This place is also our meeting point for pickup.
To ensure a seamless experience, simply let us know your estimated arrival time, and we'll add you to the shuttle schedule.
The shuttle service is available for $50 CAD per trip, or $100 CAD for a round trip to the house and back.
