Our deluxe beach apartment is in the middle of 24 km of white sand beach in the best resort in Panama. Watch the ocean waves crashing on the shore. This is the perfect spot to see the sunrise to the east with your morning coffee or the early morning surfers riding the waves.

The space
The apartment is bright and airy with an open-plan design, allowing for indoor-outdoor living with our double-wide patio windows to entertain on the patio. Our modern apartment is elegantly completed by having the interior designed by a well-known Panamian designer. And we have all the essentials you need

Spend your day at one of the fabulous pools next to the apartment, swimming, playing, reading, or relaxing on the sun loungers. Or spend the day on the beach. Swim, surf, or go paddle or boogie boarding. And then take a break in a beachside hammock under the palm trees. Or on a sun lounger under a cabana. And don't forget to visit the Beach Club, listen to the latest tunes with a cocktail or a cerveza or try out the three restaurants on site, or local places in Punta Chame.

Playa Caracol is also a turtle nesting area, so we take great care of the beach. And you will see many frigate birds, pelicans, and whales between June and October. For your family, there is a play area and safe and fun pool places for the kids to enjoy. If you want some exercise other than a long beach stroll, we have beach soccer and volleyball. And there is a basketball court and a second soccer court.

Located in the safe, secure, gated community, Playa Caracol is Panama's newest beach resort.
A small convenience store and the surf shack restaurant are on site. Many stores and restaurants are located in Punta Chame (10 min drive), Bejuco (15 min dive), and Coronado (30 min drive).
"I highly recommend this ocean view apartment. The photos are extremely accurate (thanks for that!) - everything is as lovely as it looks in the pictures. Mark's apartment is perfect for a beach stay, with everything you might need during your time there. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and the apartment was very clean. The entire complex is clean, with good maintenance of the common areas, lots of lounge chairs in the shade by the pool and on the beach, great security, and even on the days it is full (we were there on a holiday weekend) the condo rules make for a tranquil, family-friendly environment. Phillipe, who manages the property locally, was extremely helpful, gracious, and welcoming. My family and I will definitely return to Mark's place and will recommend it to friends." Donna

My family and I have lived on Salt Spring after moving from Vancouver in 2007. We enjoy kayaking, sailing and hiking among other pursuits. We are remote workers, owning an elearning business (www.sparkandco.ca) and 2 international properties in Mexico (www.oceanbreezeakumal.com) and Panama.
