This lovely 2 bedroom home sits on a large private lot. It’s in a fantastic location, 2 minutes around the corner from cafes, restaurants, shops. Cart provided to take your gears on an easy 7 min walk to the beach, no parking worries!

This newly renovated home offers all the amenities of city living in the tranquilly of Sauble. Stay in the comfort of air conditioned space, with fiberoptic internet, and a private quiet yard with 2 decks and a fire pit.

The space
Bedroom 1:
1 Queen bed with memory foam mattress + full size sleeper futon.

Bedroom 2:
1 Twin on Double bunk bed, plus single trundle

Living Room:
Comfortable leather sofa and chair. Lightening fast fiberoptic internet so the whole family can stream your favourite shows, and conduct remote work meetings. Flat screen TV available, simply hook up your laptop through HDMI to watch your favourite content. DVD player, and a collection of DVDs, and board games available for your entertainment.

Kitchen and Dining:
Full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher. Cookware, dishes and utensils are provided. Coffee pot, kettle also available for your convenience. Salt and pepper provided.

Backyard:
2 Large patios, with table, chairs, umbrella, and bbq for easy outdoor grilling and entertaining. New fire pit to be installed for Spring 2022. Large grassy yard for kids to safely run and play

Large driveway parks 4 cars. Walking distance to the beach and stores.
Cart provided for walks to the beach, so you don't need to pay for parking.

Bring your own beach towels
There are 2 security cameras on premise, one pointing towards the driveway, and one pointing towards the backyard. Neither will affect your privacy.
