Regal Palms Resort & Spa is a Tripadvisor top vacation choice. 20 minutes to Disney, 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport, outlet malls, theme parks and popular attractions just off Hwy I4 and I192. Our professionally managed home is a spacious 1,456 sq ft 4 bdrm TH great for families/friends/snowbirds to enjoy a relaxing and fun time. Fully equipped and your home away from home. Rates exclude the Daily Resort Fee of approx. $20/day + tax ( 50% off for over 30 days between Nov and April)

The space
Our home is equipped with a full kitchen (eg. coffee maker, cookware, dishes) and televisions so you can enjoy many of the comforts of home. The property managers are available in case of emergency. The contact number in the Welcome Binder along with the high speed WiFi access code.

As a self-catering home, you will be responsible for your own toiletries and cooking ingredients. We recommend bringing your own spices and condiments, plastic bags and storage containers to save time and money, as you need so little usually and these items are easy to pack.

Guest access
The front desk is open 7 x 24 x 365, so you can arrive late. The resort is secured with 24 hour live security guards. There is an on-site restaurant, pools, gym, spa, gift shop and business center near the front desk. Hours posted are subject to change due to COVID regulations.

The Daily Resort Fee of $20 + tax paid at check-in to the Clubhouse and includes towel service, 24 hour security, WiFi, staffing at the pool and on-site programs. The resort fee is discounted by up to 50% for stays of 30 days or more are HALF PRICE during fall/winter (aka snowbird rate)!

Two parking spaces are available for FREE, directly in front of our home. Parking passes are issued when you check in.

In case of emergency Lisa of Shine Florida Management is available to assist.

Other things to note
Our resort is located right next to the Publix Supermarket and a short drive up Hwy 27 to superstore Walmart, for those who enjoying cooking their own meals. We have a popular onsite restaurant/pub called Frankie Farrells, as well as an ice cream parlour and gift shop. The gift shop sells very affordable inflatable tubes for the lazy river.

Hwy 27, 192 and I4 are the main highways near Regal Palms, making it easy to get everywhere easily. There is a Publix Supermarket next door, a CVS Pharmacy and Dollar Tree at the corner, Wal-Mart and Starbucks up the street, a spa, gym and fantastic restaurant/tiki bar/entertainment on-site and loads of shopping and restaurants north on Hwy 27 and so many restaurants on Hwy 192.
