The space
We are conveniently located off Hwy 28.

The bright interior offers a 1,500 sq. ft. Open-concept kitchen, dining & living overlooking the creek. Main floor master bdrm, 4 pc bath & ensuite laundry. Fully weatherized for all-season use. Comfort decoration all around.

Walk out to a large deck overlooking the water. The level yard area is ideal for children to play with deep water to jump and swim in. Excellent for Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, and Swimming on a 420-foot private stretch of Eels Creek. The 1-acre property provides plenty of hikes.

Deep water is surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest plus Crown Game Reserve just behind Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park.

* The dock on the water is usually removed as part of winterizing (Oct to April).
