Cottage Description:
Want a private residence to soak in all the relaxing luxury you crave while enjoying the prime location of being steps to one of the best beaches in Ontario? Look no further.

The space
Be your best chef with an immaculate kitchen including granite countertops 4 person breakfast bar and high-end appliances including a 2 large fridges (1 in garage) and gas-fired range. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at an ample indoor or outdoor dining table that comfortably seats 10.

After a wonderful communal meal relax in the large living room space with smart TV and comfy couch and chairs (seats 10). Or for a different ambiance, enjoy the outdoor living room and as the sun sets, move to the fire pit area for your evening marshmallow roasting routine.

At bedtime, this amazing cottage features 4 generous bedrooms with two and a half baths perfectly designed for everyone to have a peaceful night’s rest. The main floor master bedroom retreat provides private access to the beautiful four-season sunroom, double walk-in closets, and an absolutely stunning ensuite with an elegant soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs provides the perfect space for kids and guests with two large bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath, 2 hidden playrooms with a MyPuffin play couch and toys, and a separate seating area with TV for those teen gamers.

While away from home all your potential needs are thoughtfully included – central air for those extra warm days, radiant floor heating for the cold ones, gas barbecue, Endy mattresses with duvets and super soft Benji sheets, high-speed internet throughout the house, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and a washer and dryer for those “we didn’t bring enough clothes moments.

In addition, the home features 2 office spaces complete with all the same productivity features you would expect printer. Outside covered porch along the back of the house with full living room and dining room area, fat boy hammock, and firepit. The garage has a ping-pong and foosball table. Lots of parking in the driveway, a big yard to play frisbee, bocce ball, soccer net, or badminton.

Finally - when we go on vacation we love bringing our pets. We just ask you to clean up after them and let us know they are coming. We expect if there is damage you will cover the costs.

Leave Soleil feeling relaxed and fulfilled having brought the family a little closer together with the anticipation of returning again next year for the same wonderful experience.

Pets are welcome but need to be approved by owners. If there is damage or extra cleaning then there will be an extra charge. There is no fence in the yard but there is a stake with rope and dog bed and bowls at the house.
