Escape to Squirrel’s Leap, a romantic log cabin in Lac-Supérieur, Quebec. Just 7 min to Tremblant north side skiing and 1 min to Park Mont-Tremblant. The space
Squirrel’s Leap is a romantic log cabin near Mont-Tremblant, tucked among the trees for a charming nature escape just minutes from ski slopes, hiking, lakes, and year-round Tremblant activities.

The cabin accommodates a maximum of four guests and offers three distinct sleeping options: a master bedroom in the main cabin, a loft bedroom accessed by ladder only (suited for teens or adults comfortable climbing), or as an alternate option to the loft, a separate guesthouse just steps away, providing added flexibility and privacy.

One bathroom with a toilet, sink, and compact shower (no bathtub) is located in the main cabin - there is no bathroom in the guesthouse.

Inside, enjoy a wood stove for cozy winter evenings, a small desk for remote work, and a Roku TV so guests can log into their own streaming accounts. A selection of books and board games are available for relaxed evenings at the cabin.

Outdoors, the screened-in gazebo with electrical outlets is ideal for dining, reading, or working while surrounded by nature. In summer, fire up the BBQ on the deck for meals. In fall, soak in the breathtaking fall colours from the cabin deck, nearby trails, and throughout the Mont-Tremblant region. In winter, the cabin is an excellent base for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and other snow-based activities.

The cabin is fully equipped with linens, bedding, bath towels, and a well-supplied kitchen. Guests may wish to bring their beach towels for swimming and their favourite pillow for extra comfort.

Located just seven minutes from Tremblant ski resort's north side parking, and approximately twenty minutes from the South Side pedestrian village, Squirrel’s Leap is also steps from Parc national du Mont-Tremblant, offering swimming, hiking, cycling, kayaking, canoeing, and Via Ferrata in warmer months, and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and back-country skiing in winter.

The log cabin is often rented for the entire ski season by a single family. Guests interested in renting the cabin for the winter season are welcome to contact the owner for details.

Guest access
Guests have access to the main cabin and the guesthouse, and the outdoor deck and screened-in gazebo.

HOUSE RULES:

✅ No smoking inside any building (cabin, guesthouse, gazebo). The logs of the cabin absorb smells; please dispose of smoking materials outdoors in a safe manner.

❌ No outdoor fires — due to the forested nature of the property.

🎉 No parties or events — this is a quiet, nature-focused retreat.

🐾 Dogs allowed only with prior approval — please email the owner in advance for permission and guidance.

🪜 Loft bedroom ladder — only for older children or adults comfortable climbing.
