Five minutes off the highway on an acre of private property overlooking Bonavista Bay, we offer the best sleep in the region. This pet free home has a private master suite on the second floor with a queen bed, fireplace and half bath. Two additional main floor bedrooms with double beds, patios. Wifi, propane fire pit, BBQ, adirondack chairs.

The space
Cozying up on the couch, relaxing in the rocking chair, savoring a beverage in the sunroom. You’ll have a birds eye view of the bay from the upstairs window seat and while outside, we have four quality Adirondack chairs situated around the fire pit for you: perfect spot to chill with friends and loved ones.

Don’t forget the benches under the apple trees - you will feel as relaxed as a piece of spaghetti - and that’s our goal :)

The entire property is an acre - explore and enjoy it.

Neighbourhood highlights

Southern Bay is a lovely little community only 35 minutes down from Clarenville and 40 minutes from Bonavista.

Local fishermen have fished these waters for generations and provide us with incredible cod, lobster, crab, and more.

We are on the beautiful and undiscovered, uncluttered side of The Bonavista Peninsula.

Turn right at the bottom of our driveway to find Princeton Pond, a local favorite for swimming and home to N&N Snacks takeout!

The food is fresh and delicious, all homemade and you can preorder by calling: 1-709-427-0805. Fried chicken, the burgers are juicy and tasty…fries hand cut. Enjoy!

After Princeton, take the drive down along the shore towards Bonavista. discover sweet Summerville only six minutes away. Plate Cove for the hiking trails to Naked Man Beach as well as Red Beach - each are excellent and provide incredible seascape vistas.

Working since I was 8 years old, fishing with my Uncle and then Dad and another Uncle in construction. While in College, I wrote an essay that won me a trip to Montreal, representing NL at the Tourism Industry Association of Canada conference. I met the Director of Sales for The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Started in Hskp, I worked a series of positions and in 2000 won Corporate Employee of the Year for all Fairmont Hotels, worldwide.
