Welcome to Blue View Chalets – your ideal year-round escape! The Vista Chalet comfortably hosts up to 12 guests and is just a 10-minute walk from the lively Blue Mountain Village. Perfectly positioned across from the renowned Monterra Golf Course, this chalet blends classic ski-chalet charm with modern comforts.
The upper level features a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the slopes. Step out onto the balcony or relax in the private hot tub as you take in the mountain sunsets with your morning coffee or evening wine.
In the warmer months, take a dip in the seasonal heated pool or unwind in the hot tub year-round. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a retreat with friends, Vista Chalet is the perfect home base for exploring everything the Blue Mountains Resort has to offer, no matter the season.

Pets are welcome, as I know they are members of your family too. Please inform me about your pets when booking. 1 dog per stay. Please let me know ahead of booking. 2 dogs can be considered, depending on size. Please confirm.
The pet fee ensures your pets are welcome, but it doesn't cover the responsibility of cleaning up after them, including shedding.
By “allowing pets,” we expect you and them to respect the furniture and the house itself.
In case you have allergies, please know that the house welcomes pets.

• SEASONAL SHARED SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is shared between all guests who stay at Blue View Chalets. Shared heated swimming pool is available during the summer months and will be open until the middle of September weather permitting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• The property is just a 5-minute drive from the Blue Mountains Resort
• Please note that there is a 24-hour noise By-Law in effect
• The hot tub can be used only from 7 am to 11 pm
• Fines for violating the noise bylaw can range from $615
Other things to note

1. Check-in time is STRICT after 4 pm, and check-out is STRICT before 11 am to allow time for enhanced cleaning.
2. In the Town of The Blue Mountains, hot tub usage is restricted by By-law No. 2021-70, which prohibits use between 11 pm and 7 am.
3. Town of The Blue Mountains has a Noise By-law that is in effect 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, under Municipal By-law NO. 2002-09, as amended, and it states.
4. The seasonal shared pool is open between 9 am and 9 pm.
5. The premises are monitored daily by a dedicated security team to ensure compliance with the established noise regulations and operational hours.
Failure to adhere to these regulations can result in a $650 fine.
Hot Tub Use & Technical Issues
While we make every effort to ensure that all amenities, including the hot tub are fully operational, guests acknowledge that occasional technical issues may occur beyond our control. This includes situations where the hot tub is malfunctioning.
In such cases, we will try our best to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. However, if a verified hot tub malfunction detected and cannot be resolved during their stay, a reimbursement of 10% of the total stay cost will be issued. This reimbursement constitutes full and final compensation, and no further refunds or claims will be considered.
