Welcome to your small, fine accommodation home. It is only about 15 minutes by car ( 18 km) to the airport port of Munich and the beautiful wellness spa Erding is only about 20 minutes away by car. You will live quietly on the outskirts of the village in a newly renovated tiny apartment & own garage. You have everything you need in a small space: a cozy bed (140x200) and a small kitchenette with kl.Herd/Mikrowelle. Special: Apartmenet belongs to an award-winning perennial garden

Your happy place

The apartment is about 23 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance. We have furnished it comfortably with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a closet and a sitting area. A small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster is at your disposal. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.
