Very spacious and high-end house ideally located in central Amsterdam, in one of the most trendy streets, and walking distance away to all major tourist attractions: 15 min from Central Station, 2 min Waterloo square, 10 min Dam square. Recently renovated and provided with new furniture, the house has two rooms available which is suitable up to 4 persons. There is a huge living room, kitchen, bathroom with hot tub, and two rest rooms. [UPDATE] Issues regarding heater/hot water are resolved.

Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

We are sure you'll have a calm and pleasant stay here. Only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Haarlem, this lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by locals, not tourists. It is an also a perfect base for exploring nearby Amsterdam or the beach, with good access to public transport.

Woonkamer met een schuifdeur van glas waardoor je veel ligt inval hebt en een mooi uitzicht op de tuin. Het mooie en bruisende centrum van Haarlem ligt op nog geen 10min lopen. Er is om de hoek van het huis een gezellige winkelstraat met veel winkels, eetgelegenheden en supermarkt. Parkeren is gratis. Op 8km bevinden zich de prachtige stranden van Zandvoort en Bloemendaal aan zee met z’n vele beach clubs. Er zit ook een busstation op 1 minuut lopen van het huis.

A characteristic terraced house with a spacious garden. From the house, you can walk to Haarlem centrally and with a 15-minute walk right in the center of Haarlem. The beach, Amsterdam and Schiphol are easy to reach by train. Walk down the street and you'll already see the first shops and cozy eateries! There is 1 bedroom available. For a third person, a sleeping place on the sofa could be realized.
