the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

The house overlooks a beautiful garden with sheep and hens. The sweet smell of orange blossoms and the sound of the birds singing helps you to relax instantly. The house is lovely with an excellent outside area to read a book or listen to the singing from the nearby churches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. The house was close to the sea, the hosts were friendly, the area was safe. The cleanliness of the house was very good, everything was sparkling clean. I like to be their guests again.

The house was almost in the sea in a great location as shown in the photos. Very nice choice to have a peaceful holiday away from the crowds. The kitchen had everything you could need. The cleanliness was sufficient. We were very satisfied, we would definitely consider coming back.

Mr. Deniz and Ms. Müzeyyen were very caring and kind. The house was small but tidy and clean. The place was very central. We parked the car on the street where the house is located and we never moved it again. Because you can walk everywhere from the house. There are shops ,markets etc. to meet all your needs in the area. Thank you again :)

The house is in a calm and beautiful neighborhood close to the center. The hosts are very nice people. They helped us with anything we wanted. I would prefer it again if I go again. I have two suggestions; wifi reception is low, they should find a solution to that. The sofa bed in the lounge should be small and old, more comfortable and big.

Niko's place is gorgeous. 15 minutes from the port, beautiful road. She greeted us when we went and helped us with the luggage. You can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the room. The house was very clean and the sheets smelled good. It was newly renovated, everything was very useful. Niko had left spare towels and sheets for us. We felt like we were at home. Twenty steps to the sea by walking and the balcony view is amazing. The biggest plus is having private parking. It was helpful with my car rental. I wish I could give this place endless stars. The location of the house is very nice , you can have a very nice holiday even when you arrive with your private vehicle. The house was very clean, everything you need is available, if I go to warm up again, I will definitely choose the same place again.

Our ferry arrived so early morning and they helped us to check in immediately, that was too nice 😊 Apartment has good location at center of the city and has great view from the terrace. And also it was very clean and tidy. In short everything was great, thank you again ♥️

The apartment was absolutely perfect! We felt right at home. There is a ton of space, very comfortable for a group of four. The living room and balcony are beautiful, with a view over the port. The rest of the apartment and the location were also perfect. We would be happy to return and would highly recommend Xanthippi and her lovely apartment

This year was the second year that I stayed at this particular location hosted by Tugce. She is fantastic. She responds promptly to questions and requests.

Everything was very nice. The place we stayed is both centrally located and our transportation to the center was very comfortable. Our host was very well-intentioned and made all the preparations for us properly. We just didn't have internet connection during our stay, we didn't have Wi-Fi, which made us a little sad. Other than that, thank you for everything.

Super friendly. Felt like family. Easy check in and out. He understood I took ferry allowed early check in late check out. Just a great host. If I ever visit Xios again I will definitely look up his location again.

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
