We generate more electricity per year via our PV solar system than we actually consume for heating and cooling. We heat our service water via an air/air heat pump. The heating and cooling of our house and apartment is done via an inverter heat pump air conditioning system. The environmental idea is in the Foreground.

The apartment itself is very small with a 90s bed, a small countertop and the essentials you need for short stays (microwave, kettle, kettle, fridge,etc..). Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
