Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or making an inquiry. Additional fees will be charged for the 17th person.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. On the Schacherbauer farm with Overlooking the orchard are our four tiny houses overlooking the orchard. They are minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished with shower, toilet, large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used for an extra charge. On the farm, there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open Friday afternoon. The adjacent forest invites you to take a walk.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The accommodation in Julbach is about 15 km from the historic old town of Burghausen. Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
