There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TVs, a bathroom and a large loggia. They are minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished with shower, toilet, large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used for an extra charge. On the farm, there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open Friday afternoon. The adjacent forest invites you to take a walk.

Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
