Willkommen am Attersee! Unsere zentral gelegene Wohnung ist ideal für Outdoor-Aktivitäten & Ausflüge. Sie bietet Platz für 3 Personen & liegt nur 50 Meter vom See und 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Dank der lebendigen Umgebung wird hier einiges geboten – ob Minigolf, Schifffahrten oder Sommerfeste, es ist immer etwas los! Gleichzeitig kann man aber auch die Ruhe am See genießen. Mit gut markierten Wanderwegen, Mountainbike-Strecken, Restaurants & Kino direkt nebenan, ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen (Ende der Straße, neben Feldern) und zentral (7 min. zu Fuß in den Ort, 10 min. zum See) gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Surrounded by hills, forest and a stream, our house is nestled in the middle of green nature, just a stone's throw from the town center, where a baker with an extended offer opens his doors in the morning. The small village is surrounded by three foothills of the Alps in the middle of the Sternen-Naturpark Attersee-Traunsee and offers an ideal starting point for countless excursions and many sporting activities, such as hiking, mountaineering, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Beautiful detached house in a rural but central area. The St. Georgen highway exit can be reached in 10 minutes! Lake Attersee can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Vöcklamarkt train station is 2 km away. Vöcklamarkt is very centrally located in the Alpine foothills of the Salzkammergut, surrounded by meadows and wooded hills. Especially popular with our guests are the day trips to the sights of the Salzkammergut or to the nearby city of Salzburg (50 km).

Lake Attersee is one of the most beautiful lakes in Austria and offers a wide range of culture, sports and leisure activities in summer and winter. Ideal starting point for excursions. Salzburg, Hallstatt, Linz, Bad Ischl, Gmunden, Traunsee, Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Dachstein and much more can be reached within an hour.

You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
