You'll be just steps from Francis State Beach and the Coastal Trail and blocks from downtown Half Moon Bay. Park your car for a few days and relax in a quiet setting with views of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. The ground floor of the house will be yours with its large private bedroom suite, second bedroom, living room/bar and outdoor patio. (Please note that there is no kitchen.) This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
