The house has 2 floors with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms with continental beds, large living room, bathroom with hot tub, shower and sauna. Laundry room with washing machine & dryer. Here you live rural in our farmhouse Brygghuset. Please note that the cottage is located ON the farm where we ourselves live and do business/work. Here in the yard there are cats, dogs, chickens, and Icelandic horses. We protect the privacy of our animals and hope that you as a guest will also be respectful of the animals on the farm. Feel free to say hello to the horses but it is not allowed to feed them or be in their paddocks or in the stable. The hens are sensitive individuals who can get very stressed and afraid if you run after them.

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

(From November 1, 2025, we only take four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

My place is near Isaberg resort, High Chaparral, Lake Bolmen, Bird Lake Draven and Stora Mossen National Park. You will love my place because of the tranquility, nature, the possibility of hikes, bike rides and the smell of freshly baked bread! If you are tall, mind your head. The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. My accommodation suits couples, loneliness adventurers, business travelers, familys and four-legged friends.

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!
