Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Unser Loft befindet sich im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Rotklinkerkomplexes aus den 1920er-Jahren. Wir haben eine alte lichtdurchflutete Werkstatt mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit Metall und Eiche hochwertig ausgebaut. Wir bieten: - 5m hohe Decken - eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche - ein modernes Bad mit Rainshower-Brause - einen großzügigen Wohnbereich. Auf der Galerie befindet sich das bequeme Doppelbett. Bitte keine Anfragen bezüglich Veranstaltungen, Filmdrehs oder ähnlichem. Gäste haben Zugang zu dem gesamten Loft. Wir wohnen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und stehen unseren Gästen gerne als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Hoheluft-West liegt im Herzen der Stadt, weniger als zwei Kilometer vom Schanzenviertel, drei Kilometer von der Alster und vier Kilometer vom Hafen entfernt. Das Viertel ist ruhig und sicher, Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in Gehweite. Die U-Bahnstationen Hoheluftbrücke (U3) und Schlump (U2) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Bus 181 hält fast direkt vor dem Gebäude, und die Busse M4 und M5 halten weniger als 100m entfernt. Im nahen Umkreis kann fast überall auf der Strasse geparkt werden. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt im Loft. Rauchen vor der Tür ist ok, allerdings ab 22:00 Uhr bitte nicht laut reden wegen der Nachbarn. Auf keinen Fall die Blumentöpfe als Aschenbecher benutzen (das hat doch tatsächlich schon jemand gemacht...)!

quiet flat in the city centre

Located in between the Alster lake and central station, this 3 room apartment is the perfect base for a trip to Hamburg. Schauspielhaus (theatre) and Lange Reihe (shops and restaurants) are only a few meters away. Built in 1900, the 70 sqm flat features a beautiful old wooden floor and high ceilings, a bath tub, central heating and even a tiny balcony with sunshine in the morning. The place is ideal for solo travelers, for couples only if they are comfortable with the 140x200cm sofabed size.

Wenn man über die Treppe nach unten geht, findet man sich in einem kleinen Flur wieder über den man in das hübsche Vollbad gelangt. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt gegenüber.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

You will be living where Hamburg is most attractive even for the Hamburgers! Located in the middle of the Karolinenviertel, you will love my accommodations because of the authentic, special flair. In a few minutes, you can reach the city center, the recreational mile ¨Reeperbahn¨ as well as the Hamburg harbor. The Messe area is two minutes nearby.
